School-package join disclosure — คุณไก่ทวง (Khun Kai Tuang)
Version: 1.0 Effective date: 28 April 2026 Last updated: 28 April 2026
This page is the canonical source of the in-product disclosure shown to teachers when they enter a school code to join their school's institutional package. The same text appears in the join confirmation modal so a teacher can read it without leaving the join flow.
If your school has purchased an institutional package and you are about to join it by entering the school's code, please read this disclosure before clicking Join package.
Joining this package links your account to your school
While you are in the package, your school's designated administrator will be able to see the data described below — please confirm you are comfortable with this before joining.
The relationship between your school and Inskru is governed by a separate Institutional Package Agreement signed between Inskru and your school. The Privacy Policy continues to govern your personal data; this disclosure describes the additional data flow that the package introduces (see also Privacy Policy §7.2).
About your account
Your school administrator can see, for as long as you remain in the package:
- Your full name and LINE display name
- The school name you entered when signing up
- The date you joined the package
- The classrooms you manage, and the titles, due dates, and submission counts of your assignments
- Whether you are active or inactive, based on your last login
About your students
For students enrolled in classrooms you manage, your school administrator can see:
- Full name, LINE display name, student number, and LINE profile picture
- Which classrooms each student belongs to
- Grades and submission status — but not the actual submission content
Your administrator will NOT see
- Student submission content (uploaded files, photos, text)
- AI grading content or feedback
- The contents of your assignments (descriptions, instructions, rubrics, attached files)
- Your email address or LINE user ID
Your rights
- You can leave the package at any time from your settings. Leaving ends the school administrator's access to data about you and your students immediately.
- You retain all PDPA rights described in the Privacy Policy (access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent). Inskru remains your primary point of contact for those rights.
- For minors enrolled in your classes, the parental-consent flow described in Privacy Policy §12 continues to govern. The school administrator may not contact those minors or their parents directly using the data viewed in the school portal; parental inquiries are routed to Inskru via inskruteam@inskru.com.
Lawful basis
The disclosure to your school administrator rests on contractual necessity (PDPA §24(3)) between Inskru and your school for the package they purchased, combined with the school's legitimate interest (PDPA §24(5)) in overseeing the use of that package. By clicking Join package in the confirmation modal, you provide the informed consent recorded under PDPA §23.
We record the timestamp and the version of this disclosure that you saw at the moment you joined, so we can demonstrate exactly what was shown to you if questioned later.
Changes
If we materially change this disclosure (e.g., the school
administrator's access scope expands), we will notify you and ask you
to re-accept before the change applies to data about you or your
students. The version of this document is recorded next to your
acceptance, so a future change will not silently take effect on your
prior consent. See legal/CHANGELOG.md for the full version history.
